ASSISTANT COACHES WANTED! The season may be over but recruitment now starts for the new season. We need assistant coaches for U11s and U9s! The coach needs to be able to commit to training and helping the kids on Sunday morning. Level 1 coaching certificate prefered but training can be arranged. Any applicant will need to be CRB checked. A HAIR RAISING EVENT! For her 40th birthday, in October this year, U11s Coach Steve Moore gets the dubious honour of shaving his wife's head!! She's not just having a mid-life crisis, she's actually doing it for a good cause - her mother has Alzheimer's and Lynn wants to raise the profile and raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society. She's told all her family and friends to donate money instead of giving her presents, and in addition she's having a sponsored head shave to raise as much as possible for a very worthy cause.  Thats where you lot come in (hopefully). The rugby league community is renowned for it's generosity, so I'm asking you to keep that reputation going by logging on to www.justgiving.com/lynnmoore3 and donating what you can.  The U11s team will also playing Rylands U11s on 31st August at Rylands with a collection being made for The Alzheimers Society.
